Offender Management Network Information (OMNI). 

Measure Definition:

Offenders on active supervision during the reporting period that were convicted of new DOC supervision eligible crimes.

Target Rationale:

The 10% re-offense rate for April-June 2007 was adopted as the agency benchmark. Revised target from 10% to 7% starting Jan-Mar 2010 reporting period to reflect recent trends.

Re-offenses by Crime Type

  • The breakdown by crime types has remained relatively consistent over the past fiscal year; except for the impacts of ESSB 5288 which went into effect in July 2009.
