Offender participation in evidenced based
and promising practices programs is on track to meet FY10 program targets.

Partners in Parenting (PIP)
is behind target based on first quarter participation due
to reduced funding and staff. Two specialists
who facilitate PIP classes are planned to be hired in January 2010 which should
bring participation up to target by the end of the fiscal year.

currently have limited but emerging research regarding the likelihood to reduce
offender re-offense behavior.

address personal deficits that directly relate to reducing the likelihood to
reoffend, increasing successful community reentry and improving public safety.
