- An aggressive target of 99% has been identified and routinely met. The current adoption rate has remained stable at 99.1% for the past three quarters.
- Diesel prices experienced an approximate 42% increase from the beginning of Q3 FY08 to the end of Q4 FY08, which is reflected in the increases shown for both Contract and Non-Contractor spending.
- As new Non-Contractor fuel vendors are identified, agencies are contacted to determine whether these purchases should have occurred with state contractors.
- Any fuel purchases which can be positively identified by agencies as occurring in a region that is not covered by the contract, have been removed from this analysis.
