2.1 - Self-Service Driver Transactions173,202194,150DOLDOL added driver address changes to self-service options in late August, 2011. In September and October, customers updated over 34,000 addresses online and also purchased over 8,000 license and ID duplicates compared to previous monthly average of 4,000.
2.2 - Email Renewal Notice Reminders7% by June 20125.5% as of Oct. 2011DOLAs of October, owners of over 384,000 vehicles opted for email notices, cutting future costs by up to $207,000/year. DOL’s target is 7% by 6/2012, reduced due to lack of resources for increasing enrollment. Vessels have no paper option due to budget cuts.
