1.2 - Motor Pool Consolidation13 small fleets9 small fleetsDESGA is working with agencies to assess and consolidate vehicle fleets. Nine small fleets (about 245 vehicles) have been consolidated. The goal is 13 small fleets. As of November 2011, 229 vehicles have been able to be eliminated through consolidation.
1.3 - Integrated Real Estate Program--DESGA has completed conceptual planning for an integrated real estate management program and has made progress updating policies and processes. Local ESD and DSHS office space realignment was completed June 30 and is expected to save $5.5m over 10 years.
1.4 - Shared Email Use66,000 users by June 201231,507 usersCTSAfter resolving several issues identified in the pilot, the statewide shared email service has expanded to include 29 agencies with over 31,000 users, meeting the interim goal of 30,000.
1.6 - Small Agency Accounting Services48 small agencies45 small agenciesDESOver the past two years, OFM’s Small Agency Client Services has added thirteen new agencies to their accounting, budgeting, and/or payroll services. Four eligible agencies remain, and SACS is in the process of exploring transition options.
