In the 3rd quarter of 2010, 73 over-90 minute incidents occurred on the 9 key routes. This duration is up slightly from the last quarter’s average clearance time of 151 minutes. The annual average clearance time to date has been reduced to 159 minutes.

Measure includes two state trip reduction programs focused on reducing drive alone trips: the Commute Trip Reduction and the Growth and Transportation Efficiency Center programs. Data based on survey and updated as of Sept. 2007
