 Summary Analysis

DEL has met and exceeded the target for on-time monitoring visits in the first quarter of fiscal year 2011 (July 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010). DEL reports that 90% of all monitoring visits due during the first quarter were conducted on-time. This represents a 3% increase when compared to the 4th quarter of 2010.

DEL created and implemented a GMAP action plan in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2010 (April 1, 2010 - June 30, 2010) to address performance issues and lingering data errors.  This plan continues to be used in the service areas.

This plan includes the following activities:

  • DEL Licensing Analysts monitor and report progress weekly to DEL leadership (this activity increased performance in all three measures).
  • Licensors work to maximize efficiency of all licensor visits and prioritize conducting upcoming monitoring visits.
  • For a more detailed analysis, please see the extended analysis.
