What are Enterprise Measures?
Enterprise Measures are performance measure common to all agencies, such as:
1. Human Response Report: Agencies typically submit two Human Resource Reports per year.
· The October report is an agency’s detailed Human Resource Management report.
· The April report is an agency’s summary Human Resource Management report.
2. Performance Audit Action Plans: Several agencies that prepare performance reports to the Governor have undergone recent performance audits. These agencies publish detailed action plans in response to the performance audit reports. Agencies regularly update their action plans as progress is made on the action steps.
